BUTCHER CEMETERY - North Lewisburg - new burial found

BUTCHER CEMETERY - North Lewisburg - new burial found

[b]A new stone for Captain James M.S. Butcher was found on September 5, 2009 at the Butcher Cemetery in North Lewisburg, Champaign County, Ohio. He was a member of the 30th Indiana Inf. during the Civil War. He died on December 1, 1865 at age 28. [/b]

Nice article Linda, thanks for sharing! I've been working with some folks from California, that had a Revolutionary soldier buried over in Hanover Twp. of Licking Co. It's great to see our ancestors honored for their military service to our country. Robert
